 Recipe Chicken Tikka Masala

   
Chicken Tikka Masala is a culinary chicken with long manufacturing process. Spices are used require a long time to be absorbed into the meat. Cooking time required is 4 to 8 hours.

15 ounces tomatoes, finely chopped

1 red onion, roughly chopped

2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 teaspoons salt masala (spicy seasoning India)

salt

pepper

1 ½ pounds of boiled chicken without skin and bones

½ cucumber, for half and thinly sliced

¼ cup fresh coriander leaves

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 bowl of rice

½ cup thick cream


How to Make

     Enter tomatoes, red onion, garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and salt to the pan. Place the chicken on top of seasoning. Cover the pan and cook in a very small flame until tender chicken.
     Mix the cucumber, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
     Cook rice 20 minutes before the chicken is served.
     Pour the cream into the marinade Chicken Tikka Masala earlier.
     Serve over rice and place cucumber on it.
